CEO
Eytan Lenko is a technology entrepreneur, philanthropist and investor focused on climate solutions. Prior to joining Boundless, Eytan was Chair of the internationally-recognised think-tank Beyond Zero Emissions. Eytan started his career in tech, including as co-founder and CEO of Outware Mobile, growing Outware to become the recognised Australian leader in mobile software development.
Eytan is a director of funds management firm, Infrastructure Asset Managers, and investor and advisor to a number of ambitious clean-tech companies. He is a director of the Australian Environmental Grantmakers Networks and the Lord Mayors Charitable Foundation and recently chaired the development of the Climate Change Funding Framework, an influential framework that helps large funders strategically direct their giving on climate. Eytan was a member of the 2020 Northern Territory Economic Reconstruction Commission to advise the Chief Minister on growth pathways for the NT economy.
Chief of Staff
Caroline is purpose-focused and a passionate advocate for the Boundless vision. Starting her career in private practice, she comes to Boundless after six years at Impact Investment Group (a pioneer of Australia’s impact investment sector) as Chief of Staff, leading complex capital transactions, and one of the founding team of Australia’s first 100% impact Venture Capital fund, Giant Leap.
Caroline is on the advisory board of Tripple, a private investment company using capital as a force for good, and a director of the Australian Communities Foundation. She has spent over a decade working with wealth owners on purpose-driven investing, including as a co-founder of philanthropy leadership network (New Generation of Giving). Caroline is a graduate of the Sydney Leadership program and an alum of the Australia Vietnam Youth Leadership Dialogue. She holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Head of Philanthropy
Dan is an environment and sustainability leader with a deep understanding of contemporary environmental challenges, with over 20 years of experience across a range of sectors and organisations. Most recently, Dan led the Environment and Sustainability Program at the Lord Mayor's Charitable Foundation, driving climate mitigation and adaptation outcomes, as well as significant progress for biodiversity and food systems across the country.
Dan has also worked within the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, where he delivered a range of energy, water and waste projects and policy advice. He is passionate about how social and environmental issues are inextricably linked, and changing the climate narrative in Australia.
Head of Commercial and Investments
Katerina is the Head of Commercial and Investments at Boundless and board member of the NSW Net Zero Emissions and Clean Economy Board. She was part of the Clean Energy Finance Corporation’s Venture Capital Innovation Fund and a founder of award-winning Pollinate Energy (the largest provider of solar lighting to slum communities across India and Nepal).
Katerina is an international advocate for climate finance and was recognised in the Australian Financial Review’s 100 Women of Influence. She was the London School of Economics Entrepreneur of the Year and was awarded the Prince of Wales Young Sustainability Entrepreneur Prize. Katerina was a Chevening Scholar at the London School of Economics where she studied Environmental Economics and Climate Change.
Head of Direct Advocacy
Nicky Ison has spent 20 years working for a faster & fairer transition to clean energy and climate justice. She is an acknowledged leader, expert and commentator in the fields of energy policy, community energy, climate action and making Australia a renewable superpower.
Prior to joining Boundless, Nicky was the Energy Transition Manager at WWF Australia where she developed and led their Renewables Nation campaign. She was a Founding Director of the Community Power Agency, a Senior Research Consultant at the Institute for Sustainable Futures at the University of Technology, Sydney and a Strategist at Climate Action Network Australia. Nicky was recognised in the Australian Financial Review’s 100 Women of Influence, and authored many articles and policy papers. Nicky holds a first class honours degree in Environmental Engineering and a degree in Arts (Environmental Studies) from the University of New South Wales.
Commercial and Investments Director
Alex Andrews is a purpose driven leader on a mission to shift capital towards a sustainable future. Through her various roles in impact-focused businesses, Alex has led innovation in ethical investing.As a founding member of the Future Super team, Alex played a pivotal role in onboarding the fund’s initial 2000 members as Head of Member Engagement.Recognising the superannuation gap between men and women, she co-founded Verve Super in 2018. In her role as COO, Verve grew to over $300m in funds under management and supported 7000 members to invest ethically. She led the design of Australia’s first Gender Equality Index, which Verve pioneered in 2022 and was nominated as Sydney Young Entrepreneur of the year in 2023.Alex holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) / Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the Australian National University.
Government Relations Lead
Dione is an empathetic and innovative leader with over 15 years’ experience in policy, stakeholder engagement and program management. Before Boundless, Dione led teams in the Australian public service where she delivered energy, climate and transport policies and programs. She also worked at ARENA for over six years, helping to bring renewable energy projects to life.Dione is passionate about building trusted, collaborative relationships to accelerate climate solutions. She has a Master of Engineering (Sustainable Energy)
Grants Program Coordinator
Rebecca has over 20 years' experience in the not-for-profit sector. She has held senior roles at both strategic and operational levels with experience in grant-making, funding, governance and general management. Most recently, Rebecca led and expanded the environmental grant portfolio and managed the measurement, evaluation and learning program at the Ross Trust.Rebecca holds a Masters from Monash University and has undertaken a variety of programs including an Executive Program at Melbourne Business School, Governance Foundations at the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Partnership Brokers Association training. She is a deep and curious thinker who is committed to multi-sectoral collaboration in support of positive climate solutions.
Commercial and Investments Associate Director
Georgia is passionate about accelerating the global energy transition. Before Boundless, Georgia worked at ARENA where she specialised in renewable hydrogen and decarbonised transport. Georgia started her career at McKinsey & Company, working with leading companies across the UK, Europe and US on their social impact strategies. She holds a first class honours degree in Economics and Economic History from the London School of Economics.

Mike Cannon-Brookes is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Atlassian, a collaboration software company. Mike co-founded the company with his university friend, Scott Farquhar, in 2002 from Australia, which has grown to over 8,000 staff globally, serving over 240,000 customers. Outside Atlassian, Mike is a technology investor in the areas of software, fintech, agriculture and energy. Mike has been recognised as a leading entrepreneur by Ernst & Young, the Australian Financial Review, Forbes and the World Economic Forum. A passionate clean energy evangelist, he continues to be an investor in climate change philanthropy and sustainable solutions.
